Can you give me current information from the Mormon Handbook of Instructions on birth control and contraceptives?

Hi Gramps,

I appreciated your references to quotes from the bretheren on the subject of birth control/contraceptives, but rather than these scattered quotes from a period of many years, could you give us the words of the current prophets on this subject from the general handbook of instructions?

Dear Steve,

I don’t have a General Handbook at my disposal. But let me assure you that the Geneal Authorities of the Mormon Church today will be in perfect accord with what the former presidents of the Mormon Church have had to say on the subject. If you would like any more specific information I would suggest that you consult with your own Mormon bishop who can give you particular information, guidance and direction in such matters.
