Are Allah and God the same being?
Several people have told me that Heavenly Father and Allah are the same being; however, if I recall correctly, Allah is actually a “prophet” rather than God. I do not believe they are the same so my question is,”Are God and Allah the same being?”

God and Allah are the same being. Allah is simply the word God in another language. The great prophet of the Muslim faith is Muhammed. Muslims pray to Allah, just as Christians pray to God. At the same time, Muslims do not pray to Muhammed any more than a Christian would pray to Moses.
